3. Account Registration
To purchase or access any ExecPack:
You must create an account using a valid email and password
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You must be 18 years or older to register
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and checkout.
4. Use of Content
When you purchase an ExecPack, you are granted:
A non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the content for personal or business use
You may not:
Share, resell, or publicly distribute the content
Upload ExecPack materials to external platforms
Give access to multiple users unless you’ve purchased a team license

5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing or offer discounts at our sole discretion.
All payments are securely processed via our payment providers.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a pack has been accessed or downloaded.

7. Intellectual Property
All ExecPacks content — including videos, designs, logos, copy, and resources — are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or modify any content without express written permission from Future-Proof Group Limited or its contributors.

We may occasionally update or replace content to ensure relevance and quality. Customers who purchased a previous version will receive a discounted rate to access major updates.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
ExecPacks and its content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, Future-Proof Group Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our content or platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
